Living room and back patio provide indoor and outdoor options. 4. A family dinner for 6. The house is 3 stories. Upstairs houses 2 bedrooms and an office/guest room thanks to the futon. It also is where the main bathroom is located. The main floor is where the living happens. It has the living room, dining room, kitchen, and access to both front porch and back patio. The basement is for extra living and sleeping. There is a bed and living area, plus a second bathroom.
