It's on a large lot, so there is room to sit or film outside. Inside, there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There is a good-sized table (about 3' square) as a workspace, plus a counter with bar stools. Sleeping accommodations are a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, plus a small, fold-out mat. The bathroom is a shower, and the water pressure is not great, but it gets the job done.
