This Mountain Home is perfect for small gatherings, retreats, or any type of production. 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom, living room with fireplace, kitchen and dining room downstairs. Incredibly easy access from the main highway, flat parking, large tree covered backyard, all surrounded by a picturesque white picket fence. Your home away from home that is just a couple of minutes from the marina, and about 10 minutes from the snow resort. There is a hot tub on the back porch, along with a built in gas grill and built in gas fireplace in the center of the backyard. Wood burning fireplace in the living room, wood paneling and ceilings mixed with textured drywall throughout. The street and neighborhood is extremely quiet, very few cars driving by day to day, which offers plenty of privacy for your rental.

The house is cleaned before and after every booking using all natural, non-toxic cleaning products and disinfectants. We take pride in ensuring our guests are able to maximize the use of the space in whatever capacity they desire, and have a very thorough cleaning policy in place with our cleaners that is regularly discussed and updated as necessary.
