Beautiful new home in the most perfect location! This home is located in Lehi (above the Traverse Mountain Outlets). Right in the middle between Provo and Salt Lake City. Home is about 8 minutes from the freeway exit. Home has tons of natural light, open space, neutral colors throughout the home. Home includes a 1 spacious master bedroom, master bath, 2 kids bedrooms (1 girl bedroom, 1 boy bedroom), laundry room, mudroom, an office, a spacious playroom with an entertainment center. 1 balcony, a deck, backyard with a big trampoline. Location is surrounded by many walking trails, pickle ball and tennis courts, many playgrounds and parks close by, as well as a big park right outside our front door.
