The chalet was custom built on the back corner of a 10-acre lot, overlooking a private pond and 10 acres of grass and trees and the Catskill mountains. All of the windows are perfectly oriented so there are breathtaking mountain views from every bedroom, only to be outdone by the views on the top floor (third floor).
Events that would work great here: weddings (max 30 attendees), meetings, corporate retreats, film/TV/commercial production, photography, etc. The house comfortably sleeps 12 people and pets are allowed for an extra (cleaning) fee.
