Our 1949 home has a lot of its original charm. We’ve been renovating it over the past few years, and now we’re so happy to share it with guests like you. This home features an open floor plan with ample kitchen counter space, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace, a dining area for sharing memories, a half-bathroom, a window-lit productivity office, and a large bedroom with a private bathroom on the main level. On the second floor, the 3 spacious bedrooms, walk-in closets, and upgraded bathrooms will help you settle in. Our home is your home away from home. On the outside, enjoy the shaded patio deck looking over the large private backyard for private parties, small gatherings, cookouts, and receptions. Our home is steps from the Westside Beltline Trail, West End MARTA station, Lee+White complex of local breweries & restaurants, and only minutes from Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm Arena, the Atlanta University Center, GA Convention Center, Georgia Aquarium and other downtown Atlanta attractions. This home offers ample space and privacy for small gatherings, private events, families, digital nomads, event-goers, and vacationers.

We follow a 5-step enhanced cleaning process including 1) ventilating the space before and during cleaning, 2) removing dust and dirt from surfaces, such as floors and countertops, 3) sanitizing all high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and TV remotes with approved chemicals to reduce bacteria, 4) re-checking each room to make sure no spots were missed, and 5) washing and cleaning hands and equipment before replacing items for the next guest to prevent cross-contamination.
