The Garden House is a brand new construction 2700 sq ft custom home that is thoughtfully decorated with high end finishes located in a serene setting. The 1100 sq ft first floor and patio are available for rental. It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the veggie garden, chef's kitchen, patio for outdoor uses, full coffee/tea bar, and shaved ice bar. The dining room, kitchen island, and living room will fit 20 for a meeting or small party. The kitchen is well appointed for a personal chef. A 58 inch television monitor with HDMI connection and white board are available for meetings. This space is ideal for business meetings, media productions, or small baby shower parties up to 20 people. There is a large common room which includes the chef's kitchen with an oversized granite island, marble dining table, and living room with a large screen TV, which can serve as a monitor for meetings. The patio in the back contains a L-shaped couch which seats 6 and dining tables for 8 people. 5 bedrooms are also available for overnight stays for extra cost if needed. High speed internet. 
 The Garden House has been designed with you in mind as we want you to immediately feel relaxed when you walk in the front door. Tremendous attention has been paid to the textures, color palette, and placement of every little detail in the house. The living spaces exude luxury. All appliances are top of the line. New cookware is supplied for the induction stove top. One piece state of the art Japanese toilets in all bathrooms provide warm water spray and warm seats. The edible garden will provide you with fresh organic produce. There are two 220V outlets available for electric car charging in the garage. Solar panels and the organic garden provide environmentally conscious ways to conduct meeting, parties and media productions.
