900 square feet versatile venue that can host all sorts of events such as birthday parties, art parties, craft nights, pop ups, galleries, etc. The space is sectioned off into three sections, two small rooms on the side and a main room in the middle. Five 6ft and five 4ft tables and 30 chairs can be included in rental for no charge. Please note that different days and hours are different rates so please message to inquire! TRASH: we do charge a trash fee of $70 for over 25 guests. This fee can be waived if you take all the trash with you at the end of your event. This is due to the amount of trash events leave behind and we are making an effort to limit it! 10 minutes away from both Morgan and Jefferson station off the L Train.
