The main house is not included but the deck of that house can be used, as well as the yard with wellness center. Also included: -Studio with retro fridge, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. - Wellness center includes barrel sauna, barrel cold plunge and hot tub. - Garage Gym with lots of equipment. - Infinity Daybed overlooking the mountains - Terraced garden that you can walk further into the canyon for nature shots. - Artificial turf yard, and large railroad tie staircase (75 stairs) - Concrete deck with outdoor furniture and mountain back drop.
