Our country cottage outdoor studio is designed for photo shoots, picnics, proposals and commercial endeavors. This is our family homestead with lots of mature trees able to provide swings; fields with soft grass for running, wooded backgrounds, three decks - one large one in the front of our white farmhouse, covered concrete side patio with double seater swings and a ground level patio beside that with our white cottage in the background. We have restored our old wood cottage windows. Our property available for your use is over an acre. We have two separate barns on the property (one is rustic with metal siding and the other is the traditional wood). This wood barn is being converted to a photo studio with lots of windows and natural light. Even our one lane road is picturesque and romantic with a variety of plants, trees, elevations, etc. We do not have a restroom available with this listing. The nearest public restroom is a 1 minute drive to McDonalds on Oak Ridge Hwy.
