Event Space with Cigar lounge and Private Upstairs Lounge

An event space, a vision, and a labor of love that’s been in the works for almost two years. Nestled in Ryan's hometown in Marin County CA is what we describe as a boutique event space. In the industry of event spaces, there has always been a lack of ‘all-encompassing’; or as we describe it, offering everything you can dream up. From day one when Ryan took over the space in November of 2022, his ultimate vision has been to transform this space into a San Anselmo staple, and now is what Ryan believes to be an all-encompassing boutique dining experience. While Ryan stands by his belief that clients should have one-on-one communication with him to design their dream event, the space itself possesses a vast amount of room to let your vision come to life, or Ryan's constantly updated seasonal decor can be used as your muse for the evening. It was imperative to not overdo the 18ft white ceilings with our beautiful existing skylight from the 1950s. “The vision here was to keep it tall and white for clients to have their creativity or as its show stopper” (Ryan Scott). Original floors from what once was the 1940s, 50’s, and 60’s grocery store were not covered over. Ryan, with help from James Derieg, completely restored them while keeping the original character. The enchanting parlor that can be found in the posterior of the building, was created for lounging and comfort to either escape, relax, or enjoy a more intimate time with guests. He of course would not build from Ryan without having the most elite patio space with a custom-built 7ft Santa Maria Argentinian grill and gorgeous custom-built Italian pizza oven. From his hand-painted hallway that leads to the one-of-a-kind butterfly-inspired washroom, there is no detail Ryan left unturned.
