This tranquil three bedroom, two bathroom country home allows guests to commune with wildlife as they enjoy the beauty of the surrounding maples, oaks, and pines. The home features a fireplace, porch, and firepit. It is entirely on one floor, with two steps at the entrances. The property has twenty acres, with an expansive field and forest. Walking through our private wilderness while watching all the furry critters that scurry by is just one way to enjoy this bucolic setting. Here, our guests will have the luxury of being in the woods and being just minutes away from popular attractions such as the Culinary Institute, the Roosevelt Historic Site, the Dutchess County Wine Trail, Beacon, and Cold Spring, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops. We have plenty of space and options for engaging with the natural world. Experience small-batch maple syrup production using sustainable agri-forestry practices! Take an eco-informational tour of our woodlot with our own Hudson Valley Naturalist! Try a hands-on composting activity or a hunt for local ephemeral flora! Bring your ideas! Bring your people! Use our beautiful home and grounds for a Boutique or Micro Wedding, or other Commemoration of Life Event. This is the perfect space to combine the serenity of nature with life's most important moments. NOTE: All guests must provide photo identification to use our facility. The parameters of any gatherings must be thoroughly discussed and approved by the hosts. Noise, traffic, or other community disruptions are not permitted.

Indoor area is ventilated by opening windows between stays. Lighting fixtures and other high-reaching places are cleaned before low-level areas. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. This includes high-touch areas such as doorknobs, keyboards, light switches, sink taps and toilet flushers, refrigerator handles, tables and chairs, cupboard handles and other kitchen surfaces. Disinfectants are left on surfaces before wiping, per product directions. Floors are swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Floors are disinfected, again allowing time for the disinfectant to work completely. Trash receptacles are emptied. They are cleaned and disinfected before inserting clean liners.
