Rear ADU with Patio and back yard use

Rear ADU unit with use of primary home patio. Back yard also available for use for small to medium events. Some previous events which worked well here are family gatherings, Baby showers, Gender reveal, kids birthday parties, Weddings, prom champagne parties, game night or game day, repass. Most of the back yard is concreted so able to have chairs tables tents places without issues. There is a side gate for entrance to the rear unit. Use of the kitchen is allowed and has minimal supplies. Fridge is also available inside the unit. Patio is available for use as well as rear car port for event as well. The space noted is a combination of the unit which is approximately 500ft and the back yard and patio for a total of approximately 900ft The house is not wheelchair accessible, however if needed the entrance from the alley is available for access to the yard and rear unit.
