The cozy and inviting studio space features 12' ceilings, large south-facing windows, beautiful views of the Manhattan skyline, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Neighborhood is a quiet mix of residential and industrial, with Mcgorlick Park only 2 blocks away as well.
