Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our unit is located on the 1st floor and is wheelchair accessible BATHROOMS: We have a Men's and Women's Bathroom Located on The 1st Floor CAUTION: (We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.) EXTRA FEE CHARGES: Altering Sets Fee: $150.00 Includes: -Rearranging Sets -Ruined Sets -Ruined Lights -Ruined Equipment -Cyc Wall Damage -Excessive Mess in sets or bathrooms The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours.
