Blank Space is a hybrid warehouse and lifestyle studio that can be used for photography, videography, content creation & private events. The warehouse is a 1,400 sqft blank space with a mini kitchenette, and roll-up garage door that offers plenty of natural light, with ease of bringing in larger equipment, props and decor. Spacious, bright and versatile, the warehouse can host various types of events - from proposals to birthday parties, seminars to private dinners, pop-up shops and beyond. Table and chair rentals can be arranged on clients' behalf upon request. Bluetooth-activated surround sound speakers and a video projector are available for use. Photo equipment provided upon request. The indoor space has two floors, with a restroom on each floor. The upstairs loft space features an in-set arched bookshelf and oversized floor length mirror; a perfect private area that can be used as a dressing room for special events. The rooms are decorated and staged to feel like a 'lived-in' Italian-inspired home, featuring elevated, luxury, mid-century modern inspired furniture, eclectic decor, and fashion and art coffee table books. Beautiful natural light comes through the windows on both floors, and make for the perfect backdrop for all your content and event needs.
