Formerly a historic bank, our ground-floor studio features soaring 20-ft ceilings, original 1920s black and white checkered tile and architectural details that add charm and character, not your typical white-box space. Perfect for creatives, small to mid-sized productions, and gatherings of up to 60 guests, our studio is designed to make your workflow seamless and your experience stress-free. The cyc wall is cleaned and most stains are removed prior to all bookings but the nature of having a white cyc wall is that it will be a little dirty on the floor since it's painted with ProCyc flat matte white. If you require a freshly painted white wall/floor we charge an additional $50 for painting. “Afterhours Fee” covers Hours booked 9pm-6am are add’l $25 per hour.
