THIS SPACE IS PERFECT FOR BUSINESS EVENTS, MEETINGS, SEMINARS AND PRESENTATIONS FOR UP TO 10 PEOPLE. There are 4 additional adjoining conference rooms in various sizes for 6-70 people which can be added to your conference room if needed. Rates vary according to the size of the rooms added. Available for small seminars, meetings and presentations. We have 10 comfortable chairs available around a conference table. We are conveniently located only two blocks from Times Square and 4 blocks from Penn Station. There is free street parking every day after 7:00PM and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. There are also several parking garages in our area. Our neighborhood offers a great selection of restaurants, artisan coffee shops, catering options and mainstream brands like Starbucks and Co. Some facts: quiet central air conditioning, with 11ft ceilings . A large 65” smart TV, a projector, a whiteboard and ultra-fast 2000 Mbps Wi-Fi internet is included if you need it.

We expect the renter to leave the space in the same condition as they received it. We provide basic cleaning services. We provide trash bags and remove them from the studio, but renters are expected to collect their trash and leave the bags near the studio door. No wet trash is allowed, fines will apply for leaking trash bags. Empty all fluids and drinks into the sink.
