Tiered levels of the backyard make for interesting entertaining or filming options. Backyard (over an acre) is adorned with a stunning stage which really frames the view. An authentic barn (1000 square feet) has been converted to a two bedroom living space and it has so much character. Can rent the barn or the backyard together or separately. This property is great for photo shoots, events and filming. A very unique space in Thousand Oaks. We have lots of equipment for events: cocktail tables, 6 ft tables, folding chairs, backline for stage sound and more.
