Great detail has been put into place regarding the plants and landscape of our location. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste. Unlimited creative potential is yours! Please note that a headcount of 30+ will incur an additional fee for the site rep that ranges from $400-$550. POOL CAN BE HEATED FOR A FEE (NEED 48 HOUR NOTICE) This space includes: - Outdoor Swimming Pool - Back Yard - Front Yard - Street access for easy load-in / out - Ample parking options (Paid) - The listed cleaning fee is the site rep fee.
