The space that we are renting out is our backyard. It is waterfront it is decorated in the style of Bohemian. The unique feature of my yard is that it has 180° views of the bay. I have a set couch, umbrellas, lounge, chairs, a hammock, and many other amenities you can go swimming in the bay here we all do and we love it. The yard is something special that you have to see to believe, I'm looking to rent it out for small gatherings or photo shoots and things of that nature no parties and you have to be a certain age 25 or older to rent my yard.
