The layout of our space is designed to maximize functionality and adaptability. Upon entering, guests are greeted by our lobby area which serves as a welcoming reception area or networking space. From there, they have access to our multipurpose studio, which can be transformed to suit different needs. The studio features versatile flooring suitable for yoga, dance, or fitness activities, as well as adjustable lighting and sound systems to enhance the atmosphere. Additionally, Our SubUrban Event Space boasts a dedicated area that can be used as a photography studio, perfect for capturing stunning portraits or product shots. Our photography studio can also be utilized for small workshops or creative brainstorming sessions. One of the unique features of Our SubUrban Event Space is our professional meeting space, equipped with modern amenities and ergonomic furnishings. This provides a professional setting for business meetings, presentations, and workshops, with options for video conferencing and multimedia presentations.

We take pride in keeping our space clean, comfortable, and ready for every guest. After each booking, the space is: Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with special attention to high-touch surfaces (tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches). Floors vacuumed and mopped to maintain a fresh environment. Restroom stocked with hand soap, sanitizer, and paper products. Trash removed and bins relined so the space is ready for the next use. Guests are expected to return the space in the same condition they found it, including bagging their trash and removing décor or personal items at the end of their booking.
