I am flexible with meeting needs and requirements. It's quiet and peaceful. You will think you're in a different place upon arrival. It's only myself and one neighbor down my quarter-of-a-mile driveway. The previous productions were very satisfied with seclusion and now traffic and very little surrounding noises outside of birds.
