Reverie Charm, a Historic Downtown Home

A historic home packed full of character and vintage charm. Please understand that the entire month of November & December is decorated for Christmas and will resume normal decor come the new year! Picturesque front porch with rocking chairs and a swing. Through double front doors you are invited into a grand foyer with black and white checkered tiles. Off to the right you will find a dark and moody office that offers a wood burning fireplace (can be added on request) To the left is an open and airy white living room with ample space and lighting. Two sofas (one white and one leather), a desk and frame TV. Through pocket and French doors you'll enter the dining room which fills with the best golden hour glow. An oval dining table with 6 chairs and 2 end chairs, large mirror, dining buffet and cabinet. Walk through a swinging door into an updated kitchen with built in banquette seating. To the backyard you exit through the mudroom which also has a bathroom and clawfoot tub. The backyard includes an in-ground swimming pool, swing set, pergola and dining table. This space is best used in the summer months when flowers are in full bloom. Please share if you are interested in this space because we do have a dog. You will always find seasonally appropriate decor, fresh flowers, music and candles lit during your time here. We have hosted Christmas photos in June - yes I will set up a tree. We have hosted a big store photoshoot for Halloween Ads in July. Commercials, Branding photoshoots, Christmas Mini's, Maternity - you name it we have hosted it! Open to all kinds of creativity to be made here and willing to partner / provide props if necessary.
