Spacious Ground-Floor Industrial Art Studio in North Shore MA

Welcome to our ground level high-ceilinged art studio located in an old mill building from the 1800’s! You’re greeted by our garage door and bright round sign. A rustic aesthetic melding brick, wood, and metal together sets a comforting ambiance. Coat hangers and cubbies are available for personal belongings upon entering. To the right, you’ll see 12 individual easel tables with stools. Against the back wall there’s a small white board behind two side-by-side 6x3ft long tables. Towards the middle of the room you’ll find an XL white board and markers to accompany it. Encompassing the entire middle and half of the left side of the studio are four 8x3ft handmade wood tables; they are bolted to space and cannot be rearranged. Here are some basic amenities provided for any and every event. All the way to the left center of the studio is our private bathroom. To the left of the studio you’ll find our pottery wheels and member work tucked against the brick wall. Additionally we have a little lounge area in between the bathroom and pottery wheels consisting of 2 faux leather lounge chairs and a coffee table. Across the studio tucked away you’ll find the kitchen section; we have a mini fridge with an open-door freezer, microwave, electric water kettle, and French press. The sink is located by the garage door near the entrance. *Upon request we have a projector! The multimedia studio space is rustic, clean, and flexible! Some examples of potential uses are: parties (bridal, birthday, corporate, reunion, graduation), laid back office meeting around the XL white board, and brain storming sessions. The easel tables can each adjust in height so there’s endless potential (workshops, trainings, tutorials) and they can also be moved if you prefer open space.
