This building offers many different looks and has been featured in several TV shows including Chicago PD, Chicago Fire, and Power Book IV: Force. This listing is for a 2,200 SF top floor loft space with ample natural light, restored factory maple floors, and access to a freight elevator. The large new windows make it ideal for film and photography, but also an attractive space for events and meetings. Rooftop access can also be arranged for an additional fee. We do not currently have a PPA license so ticket sales are strictly prohibited as are overnight stays due to the commercial/industrial nature of the building. Management specializes in providing locations for TV and Movies based out of Cinespace. We have worked with most major productions in Chicago including all the Dick Wolf franchises, Empire, Force, and Proven Innocent. On the opposite end of the spectrum, we strive to provide the same white-glove service to indie productions and photographers. It doesn't matter if your shoot lasts a few hours or a few years, we go the extra mile to facilitate for YOU.
