This facility, with its cheerful orange color, is unique in Texas – all rental proceeds go to fund the East Lake Pet Orphanage, a Dallas-based no-kill shelter. This is a great venue for still photography, filming, audio recording, meetings, or special events. Located in a quiet, industrial area of East Dallas, our Huge Cyclorama, Prop House, Recording Studio, and more has a lot to offer. Although we rely on our guests to leave the studio just as clean as it was when they arrive, we take additional measures to ensure every guest has a 5-star experience and that includes a spotless environment every time. PLEASE NOTE: If the cyclone is dirty and requires re-painting, it can be an additional fee of up to $750 if the full thing requires attention. Please be conscious of shoes, scuffs, etc that may leave marks. A fee of $10/ft may be incurred if a portion is left dirty and requires re-painting.
