Unique 1869 Church, Converted to a Home

The Olde Church in Greenport has been lovingly restored retaining its 1869 charm while providing modern amenities. The soaring ceilings and incredibly beautiful European stained glass windows are intact and provide the perfect backdrop for photo shoots, commercials, meetings, and events. The new kitchen and bath are tastefully done and perfectly blend old and new. The upstairs choir loft serves as the bedroom with a walk-in closet and a panoramic view of the main room below. This space can be used in a variety of ways, as a residential home, as a church, or as a meeting site. We are flexible and able to offer the Olde Church empty for a fee or furnished. There is a large yard as well as a parish hall that can be included in the rental at an additional cost. The church is located in the beautiful seaside village of Greenport. It is within walking distance of the LIRR Station, the Hampton Jitney stop, beaches, and all the fabulous restaurants and shops that the North Fork is known for!!
