Before You Leave: - Turn off all equipment: Ensure all mics, sound mixer, and other electronic devices are powered down. - Clear the workspace: Remove all personal items and trash. - Wipe down surfaces: Use disinfectant wipes to clean microphones, tables, and equipment surfaces. - Reset the room: Arrange chairs, tables, and equipment as they were found. 2. Check the Room: - Inspect for cleanliness: Ensure the room looks tidy and ready for the next use. - Report issues: Notify the management if any equipment is damaged or if there are any maintenance concerns.
