Our stylish studio is the perfect setting for intimate private events, content creation, photo shoots, dining, celebrations, art showings, fashion shows, pop-ups, trunk shows, paint-and-sip events, baby showers, birthday parties, tea parties, kid-friendly events, small group meetings, or as a backdrop for film productions. The space can be configured in numerous ways to suit your needs. Large windows provide ample natural lighting, enhancing the stylish décor and quaint studio. We offer several sofas and accent chairs to create a relaxed atmosphere with a zen feeling. All furniture is mobile, allowing for a curated ambiance tailored specifically to your event, content creation, workshop, or meeting. Our studio also features a makeup/dressing room, perfect for makeup artists and other beauty professionals, and a full (non-commercial kitchen). This is a MUST-SEE space!

- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it. - Guests must respect the space and we ask that guests must remove equipment or rentals you bring in, and should factor this setup and break down time in your booking hours. - Please take great care of our space. - No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. - Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. - Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. - Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture or decor in the space. - No glitter or confetti can be used. - There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated for this. Please refer to Peerspace's Terms and conditions for all other rules.
