This beautiful lifestyle space is perfect for photo, video, small team get-togethers, small networking events, branding photo sessions, lifestyle photography, or business meetings that need a small conference room. The space features: - Kitchen area with marble top island - Living room area with smart TV - Plant wall - Cute office - Stylish conference room (we call it the champagne room) - Bathroom - Empty room to use for staging or as a dressing room Please read thoroughly: Suitable usage: - Photo shoots - Video shoots - Small team or client meetings (conference room fits 4-5) - Other small classes or workshops Located in upper NW DC only 4 blocks from the Tenleytown Metro Station. The space is street level and is easy from the street. Space is around 800 sqft in total. There is wifi in the space. There is a restroom inside the space. Rates: USD 100/hr 7 Days/week 8 AM-8 PM 3 hour booking Minimum. No cleaning fee unless the space is not left as you found it. Cleaning supplies, broom, vacuum, etc are provided to clean up any messes that you make. Furniture may be moved around but PLEASE take photos of the space when you arrive so you may put it back to its original setting.
