Property also has a large outdoor area with art, graffiti, and murals. Space can be used for video or photo shoots. Plenty of artificial light and natural skylights that change the look and feel of the space throughout the day. Classic cars can be rented or used for shoots for an additional fee. 10 (revolving) parking spaces available in secured parking lot behind the property.

We are an automotive shop so there are many cleaning supplies and hand washing areas for general use. There is very good ventilation running through the space and plenty of areas if distancing is required
