Large tree lined back yard in beautiful Sherwood Forest/Northridge neighborhood

This is a huge beautiful backyard that offers plenty of spacious areas for vendors, photo area, a bounce house, games and tables/chairs. This space is perfect for a kids birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, gender reveal, pool side paint and sip, birthday luncheon, brunch, yoga classes and many more. All ages are welcome. Guests will also have easy access to one full size bathroom. We welcome third party caterers and vendors into our space. Buffet style food and bartenders are welcome to set up any where in the yard. Please keep in mind, vendors will need to provide their own tent for shade. If you are renting tables and chairs from a third party vendor I would highly suggest renting a tent as well to allow guests to sit and eat comfortably under shaded areas.
