Our lounge offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 16 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 16 - Table that seats 8 - Kitchenette equipped with microwave and sink - Wifi *Space is the resident lounge only. Other amenity areas (lobby area outside of resident lounge, exterior amenities, pool, etc.) cannot be utilized and are not part of the reservation. Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information.
