Headquarters boasts 1300 sq ft of cozy vibes perfect for hosting a workshop, private work party, career celebration, meetings, day retreats or company gatherings. We are conveniently located 2.6 miles from Richmond's city center, less than a 10 minute drive and showcases the beautiful Southside of the River. Our main space comfortably seats about 24 people with standing room for up to 40 people. We invite you to rearrange our furniture to best accommodate your desired use of the space. We have a dedicated Community Manager to help make sure that you have everything you need ahead of your rental. We also have a separate upstairs space that offers private break out rooms, a full kitchen and a conference room with a table that seats 8. You may add access to any of the upstairs space for an additional fee depending on the duration of your rental and needs. Additionally, we have professional photographers on staff and are happy to add headshots or other media coverage for an additional charge. Our main downstairs space offers: 4 large desks (seats 4) 2 small desks (seats 2-4) 1 adjustable standing desk 1 couch + additional chair seating outdoor picnic tables and benches Our upstairs space offers: conference room that seats 8 full kitchen private breakout rooms private bathroom Other add-ons: photoshoots media coverage manager on-site as server We offer discounts for recurring "resident" rentals.
