Hardcore Workout Gym w/ MMA Equipment!

Come check out our gym! You and your clients will have full access to the bottom level which consists of 2 rooms: The Gym and the Cardio room. The Gym features a Smith machine, Cable rows, Preacher Bench, Adidas adjustable cable machine, Slamballs, Battle rope, jump rope, mats, cap dumbbells, kettlebells (10lb, 15lb, 30lb, 50lb), hard and soft foam rollers. We have a bunch of attachments for the machines. Boxing cobra neck. The gym has a steam shower in the bathroom. Outside we have a heavy bag & a double-end bag and a hill! The boxing gear for you and your clients is in the gym: MMA gloves, boxing gloves, body armor, groin gear, mitts, wrist wraps, and headgear. Cardio Room: Seated leg curl/Leg extension, Leg Press/Hack Squat, Treadmill, Merach Row machine, Merach exercise Bike (if you have their app you can cast your trails on the Promethean). We have kids' rooms available to guests inside the gym! It's filled with toys, crafts, books, and a TV (if requested) in the event you/your clients need to bring their cubs along. You are responsible for their supervision. Two 75". touch screen Promethean monitors (to follow an exercise plan, participate in online training, set up the timer, watch videos, etc). At cost, you can buy smoothies during/after your workout (w/o supplements). Or Protein shakes: Protein, Creatine, Glucosamine, vitamin d3, multivitamins, DHEA. We also have protein bars, protein cookies, C4 pre-workout, bottled water, Gatorade, and the desire to accommodate your training. Don't Quit!
