Designer's Mid Century Treehouse Home with Views and Open Floorplan

Dubbed "The Treehouse" this Mid Century Modern home sits above street level with endless views in Los Angeles and an open floor plan with original character throughout. Inside, you'll find 1700 square feet of space for shoots of all kinds. The space features endless amounts of natural light and is filled with designer touches. With original beamed ceilings, oversized windows, and hardwood floors the home includes the below areas for shooting in: ROOMS: ---Living Room: features include floor-to-ceiling windows with incredible natural light, a custom sofa, and vintage and handmade touches. ---Entry: entry console with an open concept mid-century staircase that leads up to the upper level. ---Upstairs Hallway: a custom floor-to-ceiling bookshelf filled with vintage and handmade items. ---Dining Room: black and white checked floors with an oversized glass slider door that walks out to the lush mountainside backyard. ---Primary Bedroom: original beamed ceiling, a skylight which fills the room with natural light throughout the day (there is a shade to shut it if needed for lighting) with views of the backyard, with a custom king-sized bed. ---Office: original beamed ceiling with corner windows of the backyard and a custom-made desk and fabric-covered bulletin board. ---Guest Bedroom: original beamed ceiling with a queen-size bed. ---Backyard: the backyard has two levels - one that includes an outdoor lounge setup with a vintage mid-century fireplace and one that includes an al fresco dining setup. ---Props: In addition to the spaces listed above, the home has a fully stocked prop area in the office with hundreds of curated props to make your shoot seamless. There are more photos of the space on my instagram: @bradytolbert. ***** FURNITURE/ART/ACCESSORIES/LIGHTING/RUGS : The furniture, art, accessories, lighting, rugs, etc may have shifted slightly from what is pictured in some of the photos as the space has changed from shoot to shoot. If there is a specific piece or setup that you are interested in, please inquire ahead of making your booking to find out if it is available or if the space has changed. ***** PARKING: The driveway allows for 3 cars to park in it and there is also street parking for up to 4 cars in front of the house. If you have more cars than that or larger production trucks or vans, please reach out to discuss offisite parking options. ACCESS TO HOUSE: The house itself is above street level and up a set of stairs to access the front door, but there is a gate for easy loading in and access for any production equipment. TECH SCOUT: Should you need to scout the location ahead of a shoot a 30-minute scout is without charge but anything over that will be charged at the hourly rate and added to your booking.
