The house is alarmed and has cameras at the front and rear of the property. The 5 person hot tub can be treated, heated and used for filming for an additional £150 (inc VAT) per filming day. Grove Park station is a just a 5 min walk from the property with very frequent trains to London Bridge, Waterloo East, Charing Cross and Cannon Street stations. The location could also be used as a unit base for filming in Chinbrook Meadows; an large award winning Green Flag park which is a few minutes away from the property.
