Exterior spaces are also available for meetings, small gatherings, film & photography. A large 500 sqft covered modern pavilion with outdoor designer living room furniture and a fire table. Comfortably seats 10 people. The pavilion can be reconfigured to fit a much larger group for presentations or an event. Additional 300 sqft decks with shaded pergolas are available for outdoor use. Currently set up as an outdoor dining area comfortably seats 8 people. The pool with built-in surround seating can comfortably accommodate 10-20 people. Outdoor heaters are available upon request with an additional fee for propane.
