OTU at the soft(spaces) clubhouse, is a 235 sq ft creative room (with a 200 SF adjoining annex space) designed for focused work, intimate gatherings, and small-scale production. Featuring two west-facing windows that flood the room with afternoon light, OTU offers a calm, grounding atmosphere ideal for artists, writers, bodyworkers, coaches, designers, and facilitators. The space includes a decorative fireplace mantle, French doors for both privacy and flow, and a closet for storage. OTU is especially well-suited for photoshoots, content creation, 1:1 sessions, and quiet meetings. Thoughtfully minimal and easy to transform, OTU works beautifully as: • A creative studio or writing room • Therapy, coaching, or healing sessions • Photoshoots & small video shoots • Workshops, study sessions, or private workdays Located within the soft(spaces) ecosystem, OTU is part of a private home used as a community-centered creative space.
