Industrial Creative Studio with Natural Light + Warm Design

~2,000sf photo/video studio in downtown Long Beach What activities work well: - Workshops - Photo Shoots - Video Shoots - Breathwork Event - Cold Plunge Event ***We do have a cold plunge and small sauna available for use as well but waivers are required for anyone using and owner will have to be present for those activities. We have several different scenes set up throughout the studio. You can reference the pictures to see we have: - turf gym area - black couch with large plant and light corner - Grey couches that can be arranged however you need - Modern Yellow ceiling swing - kitchen island set with bike props and plant backdrop - Dining/conference table centered in the space We produce photos/video full time in this space for ourselves and clients and have designed it fully to easily create different scenes and looks in mind. We also host monthly breathwork events here and can easily push everything to the side or move a few things into the office to accomodate 15 people laying on yoga mats. We have a spacious bathroom with a well-lit mirror. Gear Included in rental: Aputure 120d + light dome modifier. This is a great key light. ADDITIONAL GEAR RENTAL: We do have c-stands, lights, tripods, sony cameras, lenses, mics, podcast gear that can be rented SEPERATELY. Please message for inquiries regarding any gear rental.
