- This listing is for a photography or videography space only, we do not offer media services - This is an Edwardian home built in 1908. - Guests will have access to the full first floor and two bedrooms, the study, and bathroom on the second floor. Primary bedroom areas and third floor are off limits. - Most light switches have dimming adjustment for more optimal lighting. - Antique or period-fitting furniture throughout - Discount applies if booking inside and outside locations at the same time. Please send a message in advance. Outdoor is available for instant booking however indoor must be approved before confirmation. - We welcome photography of all kinds including budoir, etc. Please let us know if you plan on using our space for this style shoot so we can ensure a private and comfortable experience. - We do have a cat however we can keep him in our primary bedroom during your booking.
