Our home is a contemporary ranch style open concept floor plan with large windows that offer sweeping views of the valley, mountains, and Woodland Hills Country Club/ Golf Course. Space includes a very large gourmet chef’s kitchen with oversize island with top of the line appliances and amenities which is perfect for filming cooking shows. The Great room also includes dining area that seats up to 14 and large living room. The space has been used for music videos, cooking videos, parties, and commercials. Additionally there is a large master suite and 2 additional bedrooms and a total of 3 bathrooms. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with every convenience and top end gourmet appliances. The open configuration allows for multi angle filming or photography. There is room for an audience of up to 20 people. Kitchen also includes a wet bar area. Large stamped concrete patio over 1,000 sq. ft. with amazing daytime and nighttime views. The large DG yard is continuous to the concrete deck. Large outdoor Kitchen with grill, griddle, sink, 4 burner Barbecue, refrigerator, standup bar, lava rock gas fire pit, and dining table. We have a large space heater and keep 6 extra propane tanks that are always full. Outdoor areas are great for record releases, weddings, and more! Some of the stuff we have done: Wine tastings, book signing, record release, birthday, anniversary, conference, cooking, retreat, poetry, speach, cosmetics, spiritual seminar, religion, party,and more FOR BIGGER SHOOTS WE PREFER IF YOU HAVE A FILMING PERMIT. Great off street and on-site parking. For larger events we recommend valet parking. Your reservation must include all the time you need to set up, shoot, clean up, and vacate. You cannot enter the studio early, and you’re expected to vacate no later than the time your reservation ends.
