Located near the heart of Surrey Central this Bright Modern Suite with Panoramic views is perfect for photography, content creation, intimate events (15 ppl max), workshops, you name it. Located in a vibrant community in downtown Surrey, BC- on the unceded territory of the Tsleil-Waututh, Squamish, and Musqueam people. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you have any questions or are interested. This space is very aesthetically appealing for the individual who loves modern design and panoramic views. There is tons of light and floor-to-ceiling windows. It would also be great for music videos, films, podcasts, and small events such as baby showers, gender reveal parties, book clubs, meetings, and more. There is a living room with a blue couch and mustard accent wall. The space can be opened up to be one big space or closed off depending on the placement of the couch. There is a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island with a breakfast bar. The layout is very open with vaulted ceilings (higher than the standard 9-foot).
