The studio is a 2 story within an office condo unit. The front room/sales room is equipped with a large screen TV, 2 chairs, and a desk with chair for sales. An HDMI cable is attached to the TV and reaches to the desk to plug into your laptop for selling or image reveals. The walls do have the owner's canvases & wall art - these will not be removed. The restroom is large and has great lighting for makeup. The shooting room is upstairs (no elevator) with 2 large windows for natural light. There are 3-4 outlets if needed for your own lighting. Upstairs has the following: - Dressing area with a mirror - Faux brick wall with German schmear finish - Full size beige futon that can be folded down into a bed. Bedding/linens are NOT provided - Gray tufted headboard that is moveable - Small crystal chandelier - Large white mantle - not moveable. Please DO NOT attempt to move it. It is heavy & unstable. Do not allow children near it. - Gray loveseat/sofa - White vinyl backdrop - Bluetooth speaker upstairs (WST2014) - 4 faux plants - moveable as needed. - 1 wooden stool. * There is no wi-fi onsite. Please use your personal hot spot for wi-fi.

Floors are swept and vacuumed prior to guests arrival. All countertops are wiped down and disinfected. This is my personal working photography studio, so please expect typical signs of use, and maybe little dust here and there. Paper towels and antibacterial wipes are provided if you need them during your rental.
