Open flames and excessive smoke are not permitted. All other cooking methods welcome. Client room: A separate viewing room with live TV feed is available for clients, art directors, and brand reps to monitor the shoot comfortably. Multiple zones: The studio has several distinct zones with different looks — ask about zone availability when booking. Sound: Space is not fully soundproof. Occasional ambient noise may occur. Suitable for most video productions with proper audio equipment. Props room: Access to the ~500-item prop collection is an add-on ($175) — mention it when booking so we can arrange access. Overtime: Charged in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. Please factor setup and teardown into your booking window. Damage deposit: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required prior to booking.
