“Oceanfront Paradise” outdoor space

Back yard and Dock outdoor space only, with Ocean/ River and pool view. Want to celebrate your business meeting, employee appreciation event, corporate training, wedding, birthday, team building activities, family reunion, a girls /boys get together fishing, swimming, cookout? Photography session with amazing sunrises or sunsets, musical video production, A cocktail in the evening with soft music, Engagement ceremony. Available space for seating 50 people and around 6 tables (Event Chairs and tables are not included in the hourly price, but available at a rental fee $3/ chair & $10/ table) Lounge seating it is included for 10 people. Note: This is an outdoor venue and the only access to the house is to the Guests restroom. If you need access to a room for the bride/ groom to get dressed or for artists dressing rooms, backstage to rest, change, and prepare between productions please let me know and we will discuss options. We also have an Airbnb available onsite.
