Enjoy 30 acres of farm fields and woodlands located on a hilltop with far-reaching views of the valley to the west where there are gorgeous sunsets and star-filled nights. This would be a great location to do photo shoots, film movies, conduct small business retreats, or enjoy a relaxing day or night in the country. The property includes a rustic 2 bedroom/1 bathroom, 950 sq ft cottage, and a 450 sq ft studio cabin, both with great views to the west from their porches. You can explore as much of our 30-acre property as you would like (other than our house and pool). There is a playground, a sport court with pickleball and basketball, a small pond, wooded trails, and garden areas. We have farm animals, including cows, chickens, ducks and cats. We are 15 minutes west of Caldwell, 45 minutes west of Bryan-College Station, less than one hour north of Round Top, and less than 90 minutes east of Austin.
