Enjoy a historical, landmark building in the heart of downtown Oakland. couchdate is a Hifi Bar + community space. Excellent for everything from private parties, book releases, and workshops, to intimate music performances, dance parties, photo shoots, and so much more. Included with our space is - a beautiful well-lit space with giant windows - vintage furniture to set the mood - a hi-fi sound system that is easy to plug into - a bar we can stock for you - a kitchen that you can use or we can create a menu for you - lots of tables and seating - a dance floor We are happy to work on a bar or food menu for you, or you are welcome to bring your food.
