This historic four square has 3 bedrooms/1.5 baths and has been designed/ built by the local Natural Rhythms Design & Build team. Upstairs in the middle bedroom, there is a movie room with a projector. There is also a small office/reading room with great natural light. This house has some insanely big windows which is great for pictures as well. There There is one full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. The backyard is fully fenced with a hot tub that fits 4-6 people. This is also on a nice serene cul-de-sac so you get to enjoy privacy and limited noise. There is a path at the end of the cul-de-sac that leads you to Upper Depot Brewing, Return Brewing, and Warren Street so it is in town while also feeling like you are out of town. You get to book the whole house if you'd like.
